Participation for the game jam Bullet Hell Jam 2023

I tried to create a bullet hell game with a tank controller like to have a limited movement compared to classical Bullet Hell, to abide by the game jam theme. Unfortunately, this doesn't go particularly well into a bullet hell type of game, but you'll see !
